Position: Substitute Registered NursePOSITION SUMMARY:* Maintain established schedule, routines, and procedures of the school nurse on the assigned campus* Ensure the health and welfare of students and staffQUALIFICATIONS:Must be a Registered NurseProvide original transcripts showing degree(s) from an accredited professional nursing education programValid license to practice professional nursing in Texas from the State Board of Nurse ExaminersCPR, AED and basic first aid certificationClearance of criminal history background checkClearance of fingerprintingSubstitute orientation will not be required for a Nurse substitute but the substitute will need to contact Lead Nurse, Erica Hollister at, ehollister@dickinsonisd.org
