Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois state license required to start the position. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
