You will uphold the principles of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC).Key ResponsibilitiesFollow and comply with all sections of the Employee Handbook and all restaurant policiesProvide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every guestExecute food preparation and presentation standards, including portion accuracy and FIFO (First In, First Out) proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport guest recovery efforts by responding promptly and positively to guest concernsArrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shiftProactively pursue training opportunities and cross-training certificationsAccurately track, record, and store product waste according to proceduresUse holding, timing, and tracking systems as required (HOH positions)Work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate professionalism at all timesFollow appearance and uniform standards as outlined in the Employee HandbookNotify leadership and assist in finding coverage when unable to work a scheduled shiftRequired QualificationsMust be at least 16 years of ageReliable transportation to and from workAbility to understand and follow food safety, service, and operational proceduresAbility to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team membersAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts(This physical requirement is directly related to carrying product, unloading supplies, and performing back-of-house duties.)Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsWillingness to learn and follow operational processesPreferred QualitiesFriendly, welcoming, and patient customer service approachDependable, punctual, and consistent in work habitsTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to assist othersInitiative to identify and complete tasks independentlyDesire for ongoing development, training, and growthStrong attention to detail and adherence to proceduresPositive, helpful attitude and a commitment to serving othersEqual Opportunity EmployerChick-Fil-A is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
