The ideal candidate will have experience in the QSR or Restaurant industry and at least five years experience managing, operating and overseeing multiple units. This is a high visibility leadership position in the organization and will lead, collaborate and strategize with external and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. The ability to prioritize and focus on retail operations and standards will ensure excellence in customer satisfaction. Leadership initiatives will align with the mission and core values to achieve business objectives and ROI.About the RoleThe District Manager will oversee a district of stores in Quincy and Dorchester; and is a key and critical leadership role. Committment to managing systems, promote team performance, building the brand, growing sales and fostering a customer service culture is the is key to success.
