Brand Marketing Project Manager (Contract)Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)Department: Brand MarketingReports to: Senior Program Manager, Brand MarketingHours: 35 hrs/week Rate: $62/hourType: Contract (May–end of June 2026, with potential extension)OverviewA leading global media organization is seeking a Brand Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across Performance Marketing, B2B, and broader Brand campaigns. This role functions as a flexible, cross-functional PM within the Brand Marketing team, deployed across multiple workstreams based on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in fast-paced, matrixed environments. You will partner closely with marketing, creative, production teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and at a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryManage end-to-end execution of marketing projects across Performance, B2B, and Brand initiativesOwn timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent workstreamsTranslate briefs into structured project plans with clear scope, timing, and outputsIdentify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks; proactively drive resolution and escalation when neededCross-Functional CoordinationAct as central coordinator across marketing, creative, and production teamsLead project kickoffs, status updates, and working sessionsAlign stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, and timelinesCoordinate internal teams and external production partners for seamless executionExecution & Quality ControlEnsure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign requirementsConduct final reviews of assets for accuracy and launch readinessMaintain accurate documentation (briefs, timelines, trackers)Support consistency in execution across multiple business linesOperational SupportSupport intake processes and PM best practicesAssist with resource planning and capacity visibilityIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencyRequirements3–5 years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or agency environmentsExperience across multiple marketing types (performance, brand, B2B, campaigns)Strong understanding of creative production and marketing workflowsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environmentsExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency with PM tools (Asana preferred); familiarity with Figma/Adobe a plusComfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environmentsProfileHighly organized, proactive, and solutions-orientedStrong collaborator across cross-functional teamsAble to balance detail orientation with big-picture executionConfident managing timelines and driving work independentlyAdaptable “utility player” across multiple priorities
