Are you interested?As a Recruitment Administration Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, candidate care responsibilities, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.It is an onsite role, requiring three days per week at the client’s location in New York City.Salary range (USD): $47,000 - $62,000Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:Managing account specific administration activities for the following scope of services: CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, candidate care, offer management, onboarding, invoice admin, updating applicant tracking system, identity & address verification and pre-employment screeningManaging other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., updating Operations Manual or other process documentationCompleting reports and trackers accurately and to deadlinesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholdersEnsuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes, including changes providing first line support for managing and resolving escalationsReviewing processes to identify areas of improvementOverseeing work allocation and reviewing accuracy of output for other (Senior) Recruitment CoordinatorsSkills & RequirementsYou’ll need to demonstrate:Previous experience working within a Talent Acquisition Team with a focus on candidate care, recruitment onboarding, answering candidate questions and admin processes.Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required.Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.Adaptability, analyzing and problem solving, improving & innovating.Experience of using recruitment technology.Working knowledge of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP)Desirable skills & experience:RPO experienceExperience of working within a highly complex or matrixed organisationExperience of working with remote teamsExperience of using databasesWhy AMS?At AMS, we come from every walk of life - and that’s what makes us unique.
