Press OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses and rotary die cutters (rotor), with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate flexographic press machines to produce high-quality printed packaging materialsOperate rotary die cutters (rotor) as part of the flexo printing processPerform press checks, adjust settings, and ensure accurate color matching and registrationMonitor production runs to detect problems and make necessary adjustmentsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of press and die cutting equipmentRequirements:Previous experience operating a flexographic press and rotary die cutter (rotor)Ability to read and understand production specs and color requirementsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Flexo press: 1 year (Required)Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)Plastics extrusion: 1 year (Required)
