No - C2C / Third-party Vendors / Visa Sponsorship **IT Project Manager – USCAN RegionContract through 9/2026 (possible extensions)Role OverviewThe IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of IT projects across the USCAN region. This role supports both Manufacturing initiatives (plant, shop-floor, and operations) and Customer-focused programs (customer experience, commercial enablement, and customer-facing technology/process improvements).The Project Manager drives projects end-to-end—from initiation through closeout—ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. This role operates within IT PMO governance frameworks and ensures compliance with established standards. Additionally, the Project Manager maintains project documentation and reporting in enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g., Daptiv PPM) and supports successful adoption and value realization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects from initiation through completionManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and change control processesCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business unitsEnsure adherence to IT PMO governance, standards, and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate project artifacts, status reporting, and documentation in portfolio tools (e.g., Daptiv PPM)Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment throughout project executionSupport user adoption, training coordination, and organizational change management effortsEnable successful deployment and realization of business value from delivered solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in IT Project Management delivering cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environmentWorking knowledge of structured project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches)Strong skills in planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder communicationProven experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks/issues, and change managementPreferred QualificationsProject Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2)Experience delivering projects in manufacturing/operations environments and/or customer-facing digital initiativesFamiliarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and system integrationsExperience using project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Daptiv PPM) and collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft TeamsExperience supporting organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
