Concrete Lead Finisher - Job is in the Fargo/Moorhead Area

The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location. Hiring to start the spring 2026 season. About Us: Summit Siteworks is an established concrete company that operates in the Fargo ND area. Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed Requirements/Duties:4+ Years finishing experienceMust have experience with bull-floating, riding & walk behind power troweling, brooming, shooting gradeMust have experience screeding off of sandMust have experience sealing or curing of slabsMust have experience setting of sump or floor drainMust have experience cutting control joints or applying zip stripWillingness to work on footings and foundationResponsible for the quality of concrete slab projectResponsible for cleaning equipment and tools used for finishing slabsResponsible for making sure site is clean and looks professional when finishedMay be expected to perform any duty involved in a concrete project Compensation $33 - $36 per hour
