Reg Assoc Solutions Engineer, Wireless - SE Region, Location Flexible

The Solutions Engineer (SE) partners with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services by leveraging their strong technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge. SEs engage in pre-sales activities by consulting on customer opportunities to gain understanding of their business, identify their business challenges, and develop solutions which meet their needs. The SE architects and designs solutions utilizing T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment and network. SEs provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, as well as providing answers to customer's technical inquiries.SEs further support Business Sales by reviewing specific customer opportunities and sales funnels. SEs will keep the Business Sales teams they support apprised of relevant technologies and industry trends. They will also consult with Sales on the technical aspects of T-Mobile for business products and services. As needed, SEs partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams to provide feedback, support special projects, and engage in market-level opportunities. SEs maintain their technical skills and industry expertise by participating in internal and external training opportunities. SEs also pursue and maintain partner or industry certification as required for their position.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.• Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.• 1+ Year Experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment• 1+ Year Experience in a customer-facing environment• 1+ Year Database administration, System administration, IT administration• Ability to utilize advanced Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.• Able to effectively express, transmit, understand, and interpret complex information and ideas verbally and in writing.• Able to make rational decisions based on facts presented regardless of specific situation, leveraging both knowledge and available resources.• Able and willing to learn new, highly technical things and be passionate about technology.Regional Associate Solutions Engineer, Wireless will be supporting the migration efforts as T-Mobile for Business migrates customer from the former Sprint network to T-Mobile's wireless network. The duties required of the job will include but not be limited to:Virtual customer meetings to discuss applicable solutions to meet the customer's business requirements and facilitate a successful migrationUnderstanding the foundations of T-Mobile's wireless network and be able to discuss with customers the benefits of T-Mobile wireless servicesDiscuss the details and benefits of value-added solutions (VAS)Facilitate coverage analysis reports and discuss with customersInitiate, process, and project manage in-building coverage requests as requiredPresent network build-out plans for a given geographyDemonstrate the capabilities of wireless solutions including applications and IoT technologiesSupport customer pilots as requiredDocumentation – Will be expected to document all work completed in the approved databases, forms, and customer communications as defined by process. Documentation will need to be kept up to date and information entered in real-time for all issues and projects the individual is working on. Will take ownership of the quality and accuracy of documentation they produce and data they enter. Is responsible for reporting and submitting repair/improvement requests to management regarding current documentation, processes, and tools.Training & Certification – Is expected to complete all assigned trainings and achieve certifications as assigned by management per the defined Training & Certification path for Associates. Will be expected to complete trainings per schedule outlined by management while maintaining productivity amongst their other primary job responsibilities.
