Job DescriptionGENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Lead Data Coordinator is responsible for entering and verifying confidential data in multiple systemsacting as the link between source information and computer data. The incumbent reports directly to theIntake Manager and acts under his or her direction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIESEnter confidential data, including reports, using an established procedure/programMaintain/update data entry numbers’ spreadsheetMaintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and proceduresVerify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering informationSecure information by completing data base backupsOversee data department tasks; ensure tasks are completedMonitor Bulk folder and ensure duplicates are not presentUpload prints and entered bulk files onto share driveEnsure all staff do the samePrint Akron/Summit Red Bag routes; Route and assemble red bags; Red Bag Service invoice itemizationResponsible for handling angry Red Bag phone callsMaintain print deadlines, mail media mailers, assemble video mailer envelopesLocate reports for attorneysCorrespond with Allen Felts/Bill Blaydes regarding issues with receipt of reportsMonitor websites/search for new sitesInform Intake Manager broken equipment, etc. Report needed changes to policies, procedures, and/or update manual. Coordinate inventory of outer office Data supplies and communicate the needs with the director of operations. Back up to phones as needed to maintain low hold times. QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED requiredType a minimum of 75 wpm with high accuracyPrevious data entry experience is preferredProficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
