Sales and Marketing Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. There is an opportunity for this position to transition to a full-time job with benefits based on performance. The assistant will aid in developing and executing strategies to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and support our overall marketing efforts as well as aid in the growth of brand awareness and purchasing accounts across the state of HI. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). 2. Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster strong community interaction. 3. Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative campaigns aligned with brand goals. 4. Conduct research on trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy and content calendar creation. 5. Help analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track growth and engagement. Balance a strict budget to achieve goal metrics. 6. Maintain our creative bi-monthly email marketing campaign and help manage our webstore orders. 7. Prepare and send sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up emails to prospective clients. 8. Help coordinate meetings and appointments between sales representatives and clients. Assist in maintaining a strong CRM system. 9. Respond to inquiries from business clients, providing product/service details and pricing information. 10. Monitor and track sales performance metrics, compiling reports for the sales team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and attention to detail Basic knowledge of video editing platforms (CapCut, VEED, etc.) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Web design skills are also a major bonus (Wix, WordPress, SquareSpace, etc.). Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
