Payrate: $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Summary:This role is part of the Performance Components Procurement Team, supporting strategic enterprise categories. The Procurement Analyst will assist in driving compliance, cost optimization, and supplier performance while collaborating with global stakeholders. This position offers exposure to a dynamic, global procurement environment with cross-regional interaction. Responsibilities:Procurement & Analytical SupportSupport procurement activities including compliance tracking, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluationAnalyze procurement data to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunitiesAssist category buyers with reporting, documentation, and operational tasksCross-Functional & Global CollaborationPartner with local category buyers to support sourcing and procurement initiativesCollaborate with global teams across Europe and Asia to ensure alignment on procurement goalsMaintain effective communication across stakeholdersProcess & Performance SupportEnsure adherence to procurement processes and compliance standardsContribute to tracking supplier performance metrics and identifying gapsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within procurement operations Qualifications:2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chainAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree requiredInternship experience will be consideredEffective communicationStrong analytical thinkingData-driven decision-makingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with Power BI, Prior experience with automotive/manufacturing environmentSelf-motivated with strong initiative, Basic understanding of procurement/purchasing processes, Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
