This role plays a key part in ensuring our veterinarians, technicians, and hospital teams feel heard, supported, and treated fairly across every stage of their employee experience.What You'll Do HereYou’ll lead employee relations and leave of absence programs for a large, multi-site veterinary organization, partnering closely with hospital leaders, HR, and legal to navigate workplace concerns, complex employee situations, and leave needs with consistency and care.This IncludesSupporting veterinary hospitals with employee relations guidance, investigations, and resolution of workplace concernsOverseeing leave of absence and accommodation programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves, and more)Ensuring fairness, compliance, and consistency across diverse hospital environmentsPartnering with leaders who are often focused on clinical care — helping them navigate people-related challengesIdentifying trends and proactively improving the employee experience across clinicsWhy the Work MattersVeterinary teams face unique challenges, fast-paced environments, emotional work, and the need to balance patient care with operational demands.
