In Unbound Academy's fully virtual, tuition-free charter model, students move quickly through academics using AI tools, then spend the rest of their day in live, interactive workshops focused on life skills, collaboration, and confidence. Your job is to help those moments run smoothly and feel great for students.You'll be the connective tissue of the experience. You'll manage transitions, support small groups, keep momentum high, and step in when a student needs encouragement or clarity. You won't teach content-but without you, the experience doesn't work.If you've led kids in camps, after-school programs, sports, tutoring, or youth organizations-and you're excited by a hybrid role that blends virtual energy with real-world collaboration-this is a chance to help school feel human again.What you will be doingSupporting live virtual workshops by managing breakout rooms, transitions, pacing, and group flowEncouraging participation through chat, shout-outs, nudges, and personal check-ins with studentsHelping students stay engaged, confident, and connected throughout the learning dayAssisting lead educators with behind-the-scenes logistics that keep sessions running smoothlyActing as a consistent, trusted presence in student clubs and life-skills tracksWhat you will NOT be doingTeaching academic subjects or delivering instructional contentCreating lesson plans, grading work, or assessing academicsDesigning curriculum or running workshops independentlySitting back or observing passively-this is an active, high-energy roleKey responsibilitiesSupport vibrant, virtual learning experiences by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and energized throughout each workshop session.Candidate requirementsAvailable to start immediately or at the end of July (one of the two).At least 1 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youthEducational background within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K-16); must have attended school in one of these countriesStrong communication skills and high comfort operating across digital platformsEnergizing, student-first presence with strong attention to detail and smooth transitionsWilling to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.
