Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse (RN) position based in St. Cloud, MN. The RN will provide compassionate and professional patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and perform clinical assessments. Key responsibilities include administering treatments, managing medical records, and educating patients and their families on ongoing care plans. The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate care efficiently and effectively with healthcare providers and team members. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationStrong patient care, clinical assessment, and diagnostic skillsExperience with care planning, administering treatments, and responding to patient needsStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teamsProficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technologiesAttention to detail, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered careBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; prior clinical experience is an asset
