You won't be expected to know everything. You'll be supported to learn it, with a clear development plan and excellent onboarding.You'll work alongside experienced estimators and precon leaders, getting exposure to how projects are shaped.What stands out here is the environment. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to build real capability in preconstruction with an established and busy construction company.You'll be involved in:Supporting cost estimates and budgets at early project stagesReviewing drawings and helping with quantity take-offsCoordinating subcontractor pricing and bid informationAssisting with value engineering and project comparisonsGetting out to site and understanding how projects come togetherWhat you'll bring:Minimum 3+ years' experience in construction management with a GC/CMSome exposure to preconstruction, estimating, and/ or strong interest in moving into itUnderstanding of drawings and willingness to learn quicklyStrong attention to detailOn Offer:Competitive base salary depending on experience levelPerformance-based annual bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits (covered 100% for individual)401(k) with company match + profit sharingTuition reimbursementPaid parental leaveThis role is in office 5 days per week, based in Brooklyn.
