Maintenance Planner

With our passion, creativity, and innovation, “We capture what moves”.We’re seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support our Lebanon, Ohio manufacturing facility by developing and coordinating effective maintenance work plans that drive equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, and MRO teams to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops detailed maintenance work plans which include:Clearly defined maintenance and operations responsibilitiesRequired parts/materials/tools/equipment/resources & skillsJob hazard review and appropriate PPE LOTO planTime & Cost estimatesDevelops Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance work plansDevelops work plans to support shutdown activitiesUpdate equipment history to reflect work accomplishedWorks with Maintenance Scheduler to manage maintenance backlogAssist Maintenance Engineer in analyzing repetitive failuresMaintains mechanical and electrical files, drawings, and IOM manuals Acts as the primary liaison between maintenance and MROMaintains SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) for Plant Maintenance (PM)Work collaboratively with engineers, operators and other site specialists. Follow all GMP & Safety rules and regulations. Follow all Sanitation, Food Safety and Quality Procedures. Other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredUnderstanding of industrial maintenance principlesAbility to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve process improvementsWorking knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsTen (10) + years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment, with food industry experience preferred. Thorough understanding of preventative maintenance programs, as well as proactive measures for maintenance needs. MANE offers industry leading benefits including a generous PTO plan.
