Linchris Corporate Internship Program (Summer/Fall/Spring)

Position OverviewThe Linchris Corporate Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on, paid experience in a corporate environment while supporting key business functions across the organization. This program is designed to provide meaningful, structured work experiences that align with academic goals and career interests.Interns will be matched with departments based on business needs, skills, and stated areas of interest, with opportunities to contribute to real projects, build professional skills, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams.Program DetailsTerm Options:Summer: May/June – August (full-time or part-time)Fall: September – December (part-time)Spring: January – May (part-time)Schedule:Interns are expected to work within standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Summer (Full-Time): ~35–40 hours/weekSummer (Part-Time): ~20–29 hours/weekFall/Spring: ~15–25 hours/week, scheduled within business hours based on class availabilitySpecific schedules will be coordinated with supervisors and aligned with business needsWork Location:This is an in-person internship based at our Plymouth, MA corporate officeInterns are expected to work on-site for the duration of the program; remote work is not availableDuration:Typically 10–12 weeks (may vary to meet academic requirements)Location:Plymouth, MAAreas of InterestApplicants can express interest in one or more of the following areas:AccountingAcquisitionsHuman ResourcesOperationsSales and MarketingFood & BeverageFinal placement will be determined based on business needs and candidate qualifications.What You'll DoResponsibilities will vary by department but may include:Supporting day-to-day operations and ongoing projectsConducting research, analysis, and reportingAssisting with processes and administrative tasksCollaborating with cross-functional teamsParticipating in meetings and contributing ideasCompleting a defined project or set of deliverables during the internshipQualificationsCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or universityPursuing a degree relevant to one or more areas of interestStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesInterest in gaining corporate and/or hospitality industry experienceAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAcademic CreditThis internship is eligible for academic credit, depending on your institution's requirements. Linchris will support required documentation, evaluations, and coordination with your school.CompensationThis is a paid, hourly position.
