This role combines technical leadership, program execution, customer engagement, and business growth support.You will lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance systems in both CONUS and OCONUS environments while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent programs involving 5G/private networks, edge computing, AI-enabled systems, and network modernizationManage cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance across programsEstablish and maintain program governance, reporting, and risk management frameworksDevelop and maintain integrated master schedules, financial plans, and resource strategiesTechnical & Systems Integration OversightProvide leadership across system-of-systems integration, including RF, transport, core, edge, and application layersOversee engineering design, deployment, testing, optimization, and sustainmentEnsure solutions meet requirements for security, information assurance, resiliency, and performanceTranslate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCustomer & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment and satisfactionLead executive briefings, program reviews, and technical discussionsInterface with government stakeholders, operators, IT teams, and mission usersBuild trusted relationships that drive repeat business and long-term partnershipsFinancial & Contract ManagementManage program budgets, forecasts, and profitabilityTrack expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actionsSupport invoicing, financial reporting, and contract complianceLead onboarding of new contracts and manage contract modificationsTeam & Vendor LeadershipDirect cross-functional teams including engineering, deployment, and operationsManage subcontractors, vendors, and OEM partnersEnsure alignment of vendor deliverables with program goalsMentor personnel and foster a high-performance, accountable team cultureDigital Transformation & Process InnovationSupport and enhance enterprise systems, including ERP integration and program tracking toolsDrive adoption of data-driven program management practicesIdentify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency gainsBusiness Development SupportSupport capture, proposal development, and technical solutioning for new opportunitiesContribute to follow-on work, contract growth, and pipeline developmentProvide input to pricing, staffing models, and delivery strategiesRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship with Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred)Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of program/project management experience in systems integration or telecommunicationsDemonstrated experience delivering government or DoD programsStrong knowledge of:Wireless communications (5G/LTE, RF systems)Network architectures and protocolsSystems integration and deployment lifecycleInformation assurance and network securityExperience managing:Multi-disciplinary technical teamsSubcontractors and vendor ecosystemsProgram financials and contract requirementsProficiency in tools such as:MS Project or equivalent scheduling toolsERP systems and financial tracking toolsMS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Preferred QualificationsPMP® certification or equivalentExperience with:Private 5G / CBRS deploymentsEdge computing and AI-enabled solutionsLab-to-field system transition and operational validationCloud-native or hybrid network environmentsBackground with major telecommunications OEMs or defense integratorsExperience supporting CONUS and OCONUS deployments (including Indo-Pacific)Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking with execution focusStrong analytical and financial acumenExceptional communication and stakeholder managementAbility to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environmentsHigh ownership mindset with “default-to-action” leadership styleContinuous improvement and innovation mindsetWork Environment & TravelHuntsville Alabama resident or residence within 100 miles to Huntsville AL.Travel up to 30–40% for customer engagements, deployments, and program oversightPeriodic presence required at:o Customer sites (e.g., Huntsville, AL; DC Metro Area)o Corporate HQ (Suwanee, GA)o Field and test environmentsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (negotiable based on experience)Annual performance bonus401(k) with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid Time Off (PTO)Equal Opportunity EmployerFuture Technologies is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
