Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a wide range of maintenance activities.The Maintenance Technician will primarily focus on equipment maintenance, while also supporting general facility upkeep as needed. This position is responsible for executing preventive maintenance plans, troubleshooting issues, and performing timely repairs to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with electrical troubleshooting and be comfortable supporting fabrication projects as they arise. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will have a direct impact on operational success.If you are a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards and keeping systems running efficiently, we encourage you to apply.The schedule is Monday through Friday; 10:30 pm - 7:00 am + overtime as neededQualificationsDuties & ResponsibilitiesExecute and document preventive maintenance plansMaintain the organization of the mechanic room Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedulesTrain Line Leads on basic troubleshooting of equipmentConduct in-process repairs and document as requiredReview production schedule and adequately plan for changeoversChangeover equipment accurately and efficientlyConduct cleaning and sanitization in accordance with SOPsRecord required information in the ERP systemConduct all responsibilities in accordance with the facility GMP requirementsReport any quality issues to the quality department, as well as any change in chemicals or products at the facility.
