Automotive Service Dispatcher

Suntrup Kia is seeking an experienced, results-focused Automotive Service Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching work to technicians and maintaining daily schedules to maximize productivity.Job Responsibilities: Distribute shop work as efficiently as possible in line with dealership policy. Assign work to technicians based on skill level and experience. Ensure technicians follow warranty policy and procedure guidelines. Review technician work orders to ensure all tasks are completed properly. Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department. Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards. Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and accounted for. Provide excellent customer service. Assist in other areas of the Service Department as needed. Meet production objectives set by management. Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.Job Requirements: Automotive Service Dispatcher or Automotive Technician experience is required Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour. Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
