First Mate/Deckhand

Duties Assist with all aspects of vessel operation, including navigation, docking, and anchoring procedures Perform rigging tasks such as setting lines, and safety equipment to ensure Conduct routine mechanical inspections and maintenance to keep the vessel in top condition Support guest services by providing a welcoming atmosphere, answering questions, and ensuring their safety onboard Prepare and serve snacks as needed, demonstrating hospitality and culinary skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deck and interior spaces to uphold safety standards Assist with emergency procedures, safety drills, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations Experience Prior experience working on boats or ships is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate and basic mechanical systems on vessels Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, showcasing your ability to serve guests effectively Basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures in maritime settings Join us if you’re passionate about the water, eager to learn new skills, and ready to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining a safe environment.
