Custodial Maintenance Technician

Custodial Technician Maintenance Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Custodial Technician to support the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of our facilities and grounds. This position involves general cleaning, restroom care, waste handling, grounds maintenance, and basic facility support. Responsibilities General cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas Floor care: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing Restroom upkeep and restocking supplies Waste disposal including occasional bulky items Groundskeeping: grass cutting, trimming, vegetation control Minor facility supports such as replacing bulbs and reporting issues Equipment operation: vacuums, floor machines, pressure washers, brush cutters Store pick-ups and transport of supplies Safety compliance and proper PPE use And Other Tasks Please note that the job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
