The studio's thoughtful and dynamic approach embodies a reimagined sense of classicism, creating timeless, innovative spaces.Sees Design is hiring an Interior Architecture Lead. Seeking a proactive, highly organized, and technically skilled design professional for complex residential projects within a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment. This is not a traditional corporate architecture role. Our projects are deeply customized and shaped through close collaboration between principals, AOR teams, consultants, contractors, and interiors teams from concept through construction.This role will support projects across all phases, with a strong focus on technical development, drawing production, detailing, consultant coordination, construction execution, and project documentation, and will also assist with presentations, palettes, specifications, sourcing, procurement, site visits, and installations.Qualifications:• 6–8+ years of experience in high-end residential architecture• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture preferred• Strong proficiency in Revit required• Strong AutoCAD and Revit proficiency preferred• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and consultant coordination• Experience developing and coordinating detailed architectural and interior drawing packages within a collaborative consultant environment• Strong background in traditional and historically informed residential architecture• Understanding of classical proportion, traditional detailing, and architectural composition• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Experience working directly with contractors and consultants• SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering experience preferredJoin our collaborative, design-driven practice. Please send resumes and portfolios to sees@seesdesign.com*Specify your office of interest (Dallas-based or Oklahoma City).
