The On-Site IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support at DoD facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations of systems, devices, and network connectivity in a secure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsInstall, configure, and maintain hardware/software systemsTroubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issuesSupport secure environments in compliance with DoD security protocolsMaintain asset inventory and equipment accountabilityEnsure physical security of IT equipment and workspacesCoordinate with network and systems teams for escalated issuesFollow installation access and security requirements for DoD facilitiesQualificationsAssociate or Bachelor9s degree in IT or related field3+ years of hands-on IT support experienceExperience in secure or government environments preferredCompTIA A+, Security+, or equivalent certificationsStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsImportant Notice:This role is part of a proposal for the Department of Defense.
