An Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for FASTSIGNS represents the FACE of the company! ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms QualificationsFriendly, upbeat, sharp, efficient, sense of urgency, and willingness to help customers Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Sign/print company experience preferred but not required We pay very competitively and the company offers great benefits like salary-based pay, paid holidays, PTO; PLUS paid vacation, 50% individual health plan, and 401K retirement (with company match), after one year of service.
