Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts PayableProcess vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvalsPrepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and check)Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate AP records and documentationAccounts ReceivableGenerate and distribute customer invoicesApply cash receipts and reconcile customer accountsMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesAssist with customer account inquiries and issue resolutionAccounting & Treasury SupportMaintain accurate financial data within ERP systemsPrepare and update Excel reports and reconciliationsAssist with month-end close activities and reportingSupport audits and financial documentation requestsPerform general administrative and accounting support tasks as neededRequired QualificationsIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience working in an ERP systemStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and communication skillsCompany DescriptionWith over 30 years of industry experience and a footprint spanning 10 United States locations, Creative Liquid Coatings is a powerhouse in integrated manufacturing.
