Job DescriptionTechnical Project Manager (Agile Delivery)Overview / SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of web portal and data platform engagements. This role is responsible for driving Agile delivery processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all contractual commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in managing complex technical projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and maintaining alignment between stakeholders, delivery teams, and client expectations.Required QualificationsProven experience leading end-to-end delivery of web portal and data platform projectsStrong experience managing Agile delivery processes and sprint ceremoniesDemonstrated ability in stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and governance reportingExperience managing risks, issues, and change requests using structured processesProven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including development, data engineering, QA, and DevOpsExperience managing vendor-client dependencies and maintaining comprehensive project documentationStrong focus on delivery execution, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed and accepted on schedulePreferred Qualifications (Optional But Valuable)Experience working in client-facing consulting or delivery environmentsFamiliarity with data platforms, analytics solutions, or cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) or PMP certificationExperience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle delivery of web portal and data platform initiatives from project initiation through closureFacilitate Agile sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesOwn stakeholder communication, including status reporting, governance updates, and escalation managementTrack project milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests through formal change control processesCoordinate cross-functional teams across development, data engineering, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholdersManage vendor-client dependencies such as environment provisioning, data availability, UAT scheduling, and knowledge transfer sessionsMaintain and manage key project documentation including project plans, RACI matrices, risk registers, and status reportsEnsure all contractual deliverables are completed, reviewed, and formally accepted within agreed timelinesKey SkillsAgile Project DeliveryStakeholder ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementCross-functional Team LeadershipCommunication & ReportingVendor & Client CoordinationWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
