Check out the description below and ask your supervisor, production manager, or HR if you have any questions. Responsibilities: Lead a small team in the execution of daily production tasks and in continuous improvementTroubleshoot injection molding processes and equipment. Problem-solve in order to develop corrective actions for customer issues and ideas for improvementSchedule staff and create assignments in order to hit daily goals Regularly write and conduct employee performance evaluationsResponsible for performing mold and color changesPrioritize production orders and oversee the production of quality products to ensure our customer standards and needs are metMaintain the work area, equipment and molds to provide the team with an organized workplace and proper toolsResponsible for machine safety and for following all prescribed lock out procedures  Requirements:Excellent communication and writing skillsUnderstanding of Royal's quality systemsGood time management skills and able to multitask several projects under pressureExcellent attendance record and flexible to overtimeExperience with implementing/maintaining 5SExperience with implementing a Continuous Improvement Project with tangible resultsExperience with Syteline is a plusCurrent supervision experience is required (or Royal University completion)Experience using Google G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office is a plus
