*Title: Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Analyst* *Location: 401 S. 1st St. Austin TX USA 78704* *Duration: 7+ months* * Position will require registration (approvals & compliance) and of managing spare parts * Recent Grad candidates, prefers business degree, with hands on experience using SAP * Advanced Excel skills required for this role * Possible extension * Hybrid 2 office/3 days remote (this may be changing) * 0-3 years of experience, no prior professional experience required, strong internship desired. The Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process. This role facilitates the documentation, tracking, and communication of engineering changes associated with product improvements, repairs, and new product development. The ECN Analyst I works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate change control, documentation compliance, and timely processing of engineering changes. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Administer and maintain the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) system and part registration process Process and track engineering change requests through approval and implementation workflows. Monitor ECN progress, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and updated in applicable systems. Ensure compliance with internal document control procedures and change management requirements. Generate and distribute reports related to ECN status, cycle times, approvals, implementation progress, and compliance metrics. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within engineering change management and document control procedures.
