Our focus on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement allows us to build long-term partnerships with clients while providing meaningful career opportunities for our employees.Job SummaryDSI Security Services is seeking a driven, high-energy Staffing Specialist to support recruiting and staffing operations in a fast-paced environment.This is not a behind-the-scenes recruiting role - our Staffing Specialists are directly responsible for building candidate pipelines, moving applicants quickly through the hiring process, conducting interviews, managing onboarding and pre-employment requirements, and preparing new hires for success in the field.The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates with urgency, and can effectively balance recruiting priorities while partnering closely with Operations leadership to meet staffing demands.If you are someone who enjoys ownership, fast decision-making, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we want to hear from you.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through onboardingReview applications daily and conduct proactive candidate outreachConduct phone screens and interviews with candidatesCoordinate and communicate with hiring managers and Operations teams regarding staffing prioritiesSchedule, facilitate, and track candidate interviews and hiring progressManage onboarding tasks including background checks, drug screens, and employment documentationConduct new hire orientations and prepare employees for their Security Officer rolesEnsure candidates are properly prepared for start dates and maintain communication throughout the onboarding processMaintain accurate candidate documentation and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Monitor and manage active job postings, sponsorships, and recruiting performanceSupport recruiting initiatives for high-priority, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positionsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, job boards, networking, and recruiting outreachPartner with Operations leadership to support staffing goals and reduce overtime related to vacancies Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experiencePrevious high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience managing multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication, organizational, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable conducting interviews and leading orientationsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platformsStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityIntermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based systemsProfessional communication skills both written and verbal Preferred ExperienceStaffing agency, security, healthcare, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or high-volume hourly recruiting experienceExperience with onboarding, compliance, or pre-employment screening processesExperience working closely with Operations or field leadership teams Why Join DSIOpportunity to make an immediate impactFast-growing company with advancement opportunitiesHigh-visibility role supporting branch and operational leadershipCollaborative and team-oriented environmentHands-on role where your work directly impacts staffing success BenefitsMedical Insurance | Dental Insurance | Vision Insurance | Life InsurancePaid VacationPaid Holidays401(k) Required ScreeningsCriminal Background CheckDrug ScreenMotor Vehicle ReportIf you are a driven recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys building strong teams, we encourage you to apply.Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour#BHAMDSI Security Services is a drug free employer complies with all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its activities and programs and does not discriminate against anyone protected by law because of age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, handicap, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran.
