Finance Attorney

We are partnered with a busy law firm looking for a senior finance attorney to join its corporate finance and restructuring team. This role involves advising lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions, including leveraged and private equity-backed deals, as well as structuring and negotiating various credit facilities.Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financing documents, managing both bilateral and syndicated transactions, and supporting related investment and debt arrangements. The attorney will also work closely with other practice groups and serve as a main contact for ongoing matters.Requirements8 - 15 years of leveraged finance/transactional workout experience at a nationally recognized law firm, including experience with cross-border transactions.JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Bar admission in NY.
