The Welder will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks, specifically TIG welding, on a variety of materials. Core duties include interpreting blueprints or technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, executing high-quality welds, and performing inspections to ensure the integrity and aesthetic of the finished products. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications.QualificationsProficiency in TIG Welding techniqueExperience working with various Materials, including metals and alloysKnowledge of safety standards and best practices in welding operationsAbility to interpret blueprints, technical plans, and precise measurementsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferredRelevant welding certifications are a plusGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
