Painters - Commercial and Industrial

We are currently hiring for industrial and commercial painters in Appleton, Green Bay, and Manitowoc, WI area for upcoming projects. The ideal painter candidate has at least 4 years experience painting in an industrial and/or commercial setting. Pay is $28 - $35 per hour based on skill set and experience.Painter Responsibilities:Clean and prepare surfaces for painting and blastingRemove contaminants and mask areas not requiring treatmentOperate sandblasting equipment and select appropriate mediaMonitor equipment for effective performance.Apply coatings using various methods (spray, brush, roller)Ensure consistent finish and thicknessInspect work for quality compliance and perform touch-ups as necessary.Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain equipment and working areaPainter Qualifications:Sandblasting experience a plusStrong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety proceduresFamiliarity with abrasive blasting equipment and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsYour own reliable transportationBenefits:Weekly payReferral programPaid time off and holiday payMedical, dental, health insurance401k
