Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

ATBx is a locally-owned, ABA company committed to addressing the diverse needs of the populations we serve. We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the St Pete/ Pinellas county area to join our team! We offer full and part-time positions. Our RBTs work directly with children and youth in foster care homes, family homes, group homes, schools, residential settings and in the community. As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing quality supervision to help you grow in the field of ABA. Responsibilities: Travel between clients to provide ABA services Conduct 1:1 sessions with early learners and/ or adolescents of varying abilities in a variety of setting Implement behavior intervention to manage challenging behaviors and increase communication, social and life skills Collect data on targeted behaviors and programs Communicate behavior intervention results to BCBA, parents/caregivers and other stakeholders Complete daily notes related to implementation of the behavior plan and clients' progress Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): What days/hours are you available to work (example: MWF, 10-6)?
