All other candidates will be disqualified.We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support our Beauty Client, a fast-paced, global retail organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong FP&A experience who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and can deliver high-quality insights, reporting, and executive-ready materials.You will play a critical role in monthly close, forecasting, and leadership reporting, partnering cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and Labor Planning to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights that support business continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Close & ReportingSupport monthly close deliverables across Gift Card, OMNI, and Payroll, including preparation of:Trend analysisExecutive decksFinancial bridgesRecap communicationsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting outputsPlanning Systems & ConsolidationComplete required Anaplan inputs, consolidations, and validationsSupport OMNI reporting and monthly financial results distributionMaintain data integrity across planning tools and reporting outputsExecutive & Leadership ReportingPrepare and maintain high-impact presentation materials for:SteerCo / executive leadershipRetail performance reviewsGrowth initiatives and strategic updatesTranslate financial data into clear, actionable insightsPayroll & Labor AnalysisDeliver payroll and benefits-related reporting, analysis, and commentaryPartner closely with Accounting and Labor Planning teams to ensure alignment and accuracyQuarterly Business ReviewsPrepare Finance materials for quarterly regional reviewsEnsure timely finalization and upload of materials to SharePointSupport leadership readiness with clean, accurate storytellingForecasting & Ad Hoc AnalysisSupport forecasting inputs and financial planning cyclesRespond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests with speed and precisionIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably within retail or consumer-facing industriesStrong experience supporting month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting cyclesHands-on experience with Anaplan (strongly preferred)Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, large data sets)Experience building executive-level decks and financial narrativesKey Skills & AttributesHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical rigorAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsClear and confident communicator, able to translate data into business insightsSelf-starter who can work independently and drive deliverables forwardWhy This RoleHigh visibility supporting executive leadership and strategic initiativesOpportunity to work across OMNI, retail, and payroll finance functionsImpact-driven role with exposure to forecasting, planning, and business performance**About Aquent Talent**Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
