Entry Level Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to manage their accounts professionally
Address all inquiries related to the application process, sales cycle, product knowledge, and installation details to fully inform customers on their new services
Identify new business opportunities by building rapport with customers and creating longevity for our clients
Facilitating the process of customer orders, including accurate entry of order details, customer information, and tracking data, while coordinating with the installation team to ensure seamless execution
Participating in advanced sessions to enhance techniques, refine communication skills, and delegate generational data
Track and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of customer efforts and refine sales strategies as needed
Tailor solutions to customers need that best fit their desired demands on what they are looking for, while understanding why they are looking for new services to better manage their accounts
Entry Level Sales Team Member Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Experience in a customer service based role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive customer interactions and effective collaboration with team members
A driven attitude toward achieving personal and professional goals, with a focus on career advancement is a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities to be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
Familiarity with customer service and sales techniques to demonstrate the ability to identify and pursue potential opportunities

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
