Spot Welder Operator

Spot Welder Operator We are seeking a skilled class A Spot Welder to join our team on the 1st shift.Responsibilities:Set up and operate the Amada Spot Welding machine.Set parameters, load/unload sheet metal.Run the programs and perform basic adjustments.Assist in grinding and deburring as needed.Stack sheet metal ranging from 15-50 lbs.Essential Skills:3+ years of spot weld setup and operation experience.Proficiency in reading a tape measure and understanding tolerances.Experience with grinding and sheet metal fabrication.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to read blueprints.Capability to perform shop math.Prior spot welding experience.Why Work Here?Enjoy company-paid medical benefits, a 401K matching program, and two weeks of paid vacation eligible after 90 days.
