The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide respiratory therapy to neonatal intensive care patients under the direction of a physician.\nIndependently perform intubations on neonates, ensuring airway management and safety.\nAdminister medication using various delivery systems, including metered dose inhalers and nebulizers.\nManage ventilators, including high frequency oscillators and BiPAP, adjusting settings as necessary.\nPerform pulmonary function tests as needed in acute care settings.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.\n\n\nQualifications\n\nCurrent WA Respiratory Therapy License required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in NICU respiratory therapy required.\nCertifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS required.\nProficiency with EPIC charting system required.\nExperience with ventilators such as Draeger and Servo I.\nAbility to work variable weekends and float to other campuses as needed.\n\n\nWhy Work With Cuready Healthcare Staffing\n\nFlexible scheduling options tailored to your lifestyle\nCompetitive pay packages\nLocal, travel, and contract opportunities nationwide\nRecruiters with real healthcare experience\nDedicated support throughout onboarding and assignment\n\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
