Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

The company is seeking a skilled and client-focused Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join its team. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct thorough assessments of client properties to understand landscape maintenance needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service plans.
Oversee the timely and high-quality execution of landscape maintenance services, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Identify and present opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance clients outdoor spaces, including estimating and proposal creation.
Collaborate with clients on contract renewals, negotiating terms and aligning service packages with evolving needs.
Proactively resolve client concerns or service-related issues by working closely with operations and management teams.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service progress, upcoming projects, and relevant industry trends.
Monitor account profitability and budget adherence, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights during client discussions and strategic planning.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service details, and sales opportunities using CRM software, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, horticulture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in account management or client relations, preferably within commercial landscaping or a related industry.
Comprehensive understanding of landscaping practices, maintenance services, and plant material.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aspire software is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid driver's license.

Experience and License Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Horticulture, a related field or equivalent
Drivers License
Minimum of 3 years in account manager or client relations, in Commercial Landscaping
