The PT will provide hands-on patient care including evaluations, treatment planning, and progression of therapy programs. Responsibilities include setting functional goals, modifying treatment plans based on patient progress, and maintaining accurate same-day documentation. The role also involves patient and family education, collaboration with healthcare teams, and supporting daily outpatient rehab operations. Candidates should be comfortable managing caseloads efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
