We are looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight. We value superintendents who can think ahead, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving without constant direction.Position Overview This role is ideal for a superintendent who wants to take full ownership of their projects—not just follow instructions. You will be trusted to run the job, manage subcontractors, and make decisions in the field while working directly with company leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of day-to-day field operationsManage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordinationIdentify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budgetMaintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standardsReview plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepanciesCoordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using ProcoreCommunicate effectively with project managers and leadershipWhat Success Looks LikeProjects run on schedule with minimal escalationStrong control of subcontractors and jobsite activityIssues identified early and resolved proactivelyClear and consistent communication with the teamQualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industryConstruction Supervisor License - Massachusetts (REQUIRED)OSHA Certified 30 Hour (REQUIRED)Drivers License (REQUIRED)Pass Background CheckMust be able to lift 80+ lbsMust be able to follow company's dress codeReferences RequiredCompensation & Benefits~$100,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)~ Performance-based bonus~ Health, Dental, Vision~401(k) with company match~ PTO and paid holidays~ Company Phone Provided~ Company vehicle provided for project use (subject to company policy)Schedule~ Schedule varies based on project needs.
