A company is looking for a Lighthouse Case Coordinator to manage case tracking and support for a digital prosthetic lab. Key Responsibilities Maintain the Lighthouse Queue and Tracker, ensuring all cases are accurately recorded and tracked Prepare and print LabRx scripts, managing materials and ensuring designs are current for production Provide customer service support through various channels, addressing inquiries and coordinating with the design team Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Data entry experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel Organized and detail-oriented
