We provide extensive training, robust resources, and ongoing support to set you up for success.This is a great fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, coachable, relationship-driven, and comfortable being out in the market, creating opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Sales ExecutionDrive new business growth by securing new property management clientsRespond quickly and professionally to incoming owner and investor leadsConduct outreach through phone, text, email, and in-person meetingsRun consultative sales conversations with property owners and investorsExplain Rentor’s property management services and value propositionHelp guide prospective clients through the sales processFollow up consistently with prospects who are not ready to move forward right awayWork toward clear growth goals and monthly business development activity expectationsLead Generation & Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with referral partners (agents, mortgage lenders, investors, etc.)Conduct outreach including warm and cold callsExecute social media and content strategies to build brand awareness and generate leadsAttend local networking events and industry meetups as a representative of Rentor, building relationships and generating new business opportunitiesConduct in-person presentations to referral partners, promoting Rentor’s referral program to generate new business opportunitiesClient Meetings & Relationship BuildingHost in-person, phone, and virtual meetings with prospective clientsBuild trust with property owners by understanding their goals, concerns, and rental property needsProvide information on Rentor’s services, systems, and local market expertiseBuild long-term relationships with investors, agents, and referral partnersPipeline & CRM ManagementTrack leads, activity, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRMMaintain organized notes and clear next steps for every prospectFollow a consistent follow-up process so no opportunities fall through the cracksHelp improve structure around lead tracking, lead nurturing, and business development activityMarketing & Brand ContributionCollaborate on marketing initiatives, videos, and campaignsSupport client engagement and retention initiativesCreate and post content, including self-facing (on camera) video, to build brand awareness and generate leadsTeam CollaborationWork closely with the property management team to ensure smooth onboardingMaintain clear communication across departmentsWhat We’re Looking ForProven sales experience (phone + in-person closing ability)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable generating business through outreach and networkingCoachable and willing to follow a structured sales/business development processExperience using a CRM to manage pipeline and follow-upsProfessional, self-motivated, and results-drivenWillingness to create video/content for social mediaValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCalifornia Real Estate License is not required to start, but the selected candidate must be willing to obtain it within 12 months of hire.Location & Work SetupThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Eureka, CA.
