Details:Job DescriptionJob Title: SAP Solution Architect (S/4HANA) - Onshore (USA)Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a strong functional background and proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations. This is a customer-facing, onshore role requiring deep engagement across solution design, delivery, and pre-sales.The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, drive end-to-end SAP solutions, and play a key role in shaping transformation programs for enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DeliveryLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture across functional domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated SAP solutions.Define target architecture, roadmap, and transformation strategy.Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.Provide leadership across implementation, migration (ECC to S/4HANA), and rollout programs.Functional ExpertiseAct as a functional SME across one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).Drive fit-gap analysis, process re-engineering, and solution design workshops.Ensure business process optimization leveraging S/4HANA capabilities (Fiori, Embedded Analytics, etc.).Pre-Sales & Business DevelopmentSupport pre-sales activities, including:Solutioning and proposal developmentEffort estimation and pricing modelsClient presentations, demos, and RFP/RFI responsesCollaborate with sales teams to shape deals and win new business.Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and SAP roadmaps.Customer EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.Lead executive-level discussions and workshops.Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.Provide guidance on best practices, innovation, and future-state architecture.Governance & LeadershipDefine and enforce architecture governance and standards.Mentor and guide offshore/onshore teams.Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.Job RequirementsDetails:Required Qualifications12+ years of SAP experience with strong functional background.5+ years as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect.Hands-on experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).Deep expertise in at least one core functional domain (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) with cross-module integration knowledge.Proven experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client presentations.Strong understanding of:SAP S/4HANA architectureSAP Fiori & UX strategyIntegration with SAP and non-SAP systemsExperience working in customer-facing, onshore roles in the US.Preferred QualificationsExperience in industries such as CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Pharma.Familiarity with RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and cloud transformations.SAP certifications in S/4HANA or relevant modules.Experience with Agile / Activate methodology.Key SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementBusiness process transformation mindsetLeadership and team mentoringStrategic thinking with hands-on execution abilityWhy Join UsOpportunity to lead large-scale S/4HANA transformation programsHigh visibility with enterprise clientsWork on cutting-edge SAP innovations and cloud solutions
