CNC Programmer

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a CNC Programmer & Fabricator for a well-established manufacturing and custom fabrication company in Wilmington, DE. This is a fully onsite position.POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Fabricator to join a dynamic manufacturing team specializing in custom steel, aluminum, and wood products. This hands-on role will focus on programming and operating CNC Vertical Mills while supporting fabrication processes in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting and is excited to contribute to production efficiency and high-quality output.PERKS:Competitive hourly pay up to $44/hour based on experience, with bi-weekly payrollComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and AflacSimple IRA with generous employer match and PTO after 6 monthsSupportive, team-oriented culture that values collaboration and professional growthOpportunities to work on diverse, custom projects in a modern facilityRESPONSIBILITIES:Program and set up CNC Vertical Mills using MasterCam, AutoCAD, and SolidWorksFabricate custom products using steel, aluminum, and wood materialsPerform machine setups, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet production schedulesSupport quality standards and drive efficiency improvementsTrain and assist machine operators as neededCollaborate with the fabrication and production team to complete custom ordersQUALIFICATIONS:Strong experience with CNC Vertical Mill programming and setupProficiency in MasterCam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and G & M code programmingHands-on fabrication and machining experience with steel and aluminumTroubleshooting mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentTeam-oriented with strong communication skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitudeCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: $27–$44/hour depending on experience.
