PeerSource is currently recruiting for a Salesforce FSL Architect on a Direct Hire basis. This role is based out of Atlanta, GA (hybrid 1-2 days/week onsite).SummaryWe are seeking a Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Field Service Lightning to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing service solutions. This role will define end-to-end architecture, guide complex implementations, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership and experience across Field Service, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations.ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud implementationsDesign scalable solutions leveraging Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilitiesEstablish architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes across implementationsArchitect and optimize Field Service solutions including work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatcher console, and mobile/offline capabilitiesDesign and implement enterprise integration strategies across ERP, inventory, IoT, GIS, and third-party systems using APIs, platform events, and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)Lead technical teams, review code and configurations, and resolve complex system and performance issuesArchitect automation using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and validation rulesDefine data architecture including migration, data quality, security, and compliance strategiesPartner with business stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend optimal approaches aligned to operational and technical goalsLead business solutioning efforts by translating complex operational requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture aligned to business outcomesRequired Skills10-15+ years of Salesforce experience with proven experience architecting large-scale Field Service Lightning solutionsDeep expertise in Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIsStrong experience with enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture) and middleware such as MuleSoftExperience with Salesforce mobile architecture, offline capabilities, and performance optimization for high-volume environmentsDemonstrated expertise in business solutioning, including requirements discovery, solution evaluation, and aligning technical design to business objectivesStrong understanding of field service operations including scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, and asset/service lifecycleAbility to lead technical teams, influence architectural decisions, and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholdersExperience working in Agile environments with distributed teamsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceSalesforce certifications such as CTA (or progress toward), Field Service Lightning Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architecture Designer preferred; industry experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy, or Medical Devices is a plusH1 sponsorship is available!PeerSource is a nationwide technology recruiting firm that prioritizes building strong relationships with the talented professionals we are fortunate to serve.
