This role leads the Firm’s proposal process and supports strategic pursuits by helping partners and client teams translate their expertise into compelling proposals and pursuit materials.Sitting within the Client Success team, the Proposal & Pursuit Specialist works closely with partners, Client Success Managers, marketing, and service line leaders to coordinate proposal development, strengthen the Firm’s pursuit infrastructure, and improve how HoganTaylor goes to market.The role supports the proposal lifecycle from intake through submission, bringing structure, consistency, and insight into the Firm’s pursuit activity. It is a highly collaborative position with visibility across the Firm and the opportunity to influence how HoganTaylor competes for and wins new business.What You’ll DoProposal & Pursuit CoordinationCoordinate the Firm’s proposal development process and pursuit efforts across teams.Facilitate proposal intake and kickoff discussions to align teams on scope, messaging, and timelinesCoordinate the development of client proposals, RFP responses, and pursuit materialsDraft and assemble proposal content using Firm templates, credentials, and prior materialsCollaborate with partners and subject matter experts to refine messaging and positioningManage revision cycles and maintain proposal momentum through submissionCoordinate final production and submission of proposal materialsStrategic Pursuit Support Support partners and client teams in preparing for high-value opportunities.Assist in the development of finalist presentations and pursuit materialsConduct basic prospect research and internal relationship discovery to strengthen proposalsCoordinate internal teams involved in pursuit effortsSupport follow-up conversations and capture insights when the Firm’s proposal is not selectedProposal Infrastructure & IntelligenceStrengthen the Firm’s proposal resources and generate insight that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process.Maintain proposal templates, content library, and commonly used proposal materialsEnsure proposal activity and outcomes are properly recorded in CRMTrack proposal activity and analyze proposal performance, win rates, and pursuit trendsIdentify opportunities to improve proposal processes and consistency across the FirmRequiredWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field5+ years of experience in proposal development, pursuit management, marketing, or business developmentExceptional writing, editing, and communication skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple complex deadlines and stakeholdersPreferredExperience in professional services, consulting, or advisory environmentsExperience managing RFP and proposal processesFamiliarity with CRM systems and proposal tracking toolsWhat This Role OffersDirect collaboration with partners and Firm leadership on strategic pursuitsVisibility into how the Firm wins and grows client relationshipsOpportunity to help shape how HoganTaylor pursues and wins strategic client relationshipsA meaningful role in supporting HoganTaylor’s continued growthWhy HoganTaylor?
