Job DetailsDescriptionAcme Manufacturing has an opportunity available for a Full-Time Facilities worker for janitorial work and landscaping. This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.50. The Workweek for this position Full-Time, (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm. Responsibilities may include:Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.Emptying trash and recycling throughout the facility.Restocking paper products, cleaning supplies, and facility essentials.Sweeping walkways, maintaining outdoor areas, and assisting with landscaping tasks.Seasonal grounds maintenance which includes snow removal, weed control, and general property upkeep.Identifying maintenance or safety concerns and reporting them promptly.Who are we looking for?Preferred QualificationsWe’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in seeing the results of their work. Our preferred qualifications include:Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and janitorial procedures.Familiarity with common landscaping equipment (lawn mowers, trimers, etc.)Comfort with safety culture in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.Ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and willingness to be proactive.Physical stamina, ability to stand and walk for the entirety of an 8-hour shift.Janitorial experience is preferable but not required.Why You Should Choose AcmeAcme Manufacturing is a Denver-based company located at I-70 and Monaco, about 5 miles east of Downtown Denver.
